Prepare your PDF before ordering

Merge PDFs — what is this?

Open one PDF to edit, or combine several PDFs into one file in the order you set. Use it when the pages you need printed arrive as separate files.

Images to PDF — what is this?

Turn JPG or PNG images into a printable PDF and choose how each image sits on the page. Use it for phone photos of notes, certificates or ID cards.

Documents to PDF — what is this?

Send a Word or OpenOffice document — .docx, .doc or .odt — to ASX and get a PDF back to check page by page. Use it because printing straight from Word can shift fonts and layout.

Slides to PDF — what is this?

Send a PowerPoint or OpenOffice presentation — .pptx, .ppt or .odp — to ASX and get a PDF back to check slide by slide. Use it for handouts: every slide becomes one page you can then print several to a sheet.

Unlock a PDF — what is this?

Open a password-protected PDF so the other tools can work on it. Use it for statements, tickets and result sheets that ask for a password.

Edit and reorder pages — what is this?

Rotate, reorder or delete individual pages of the PDF you have open. Use it to fix sideways scans, drop blank pages and set the print order.

Resize pages — what is this?

Scale every page to an ASX printable size, fitted proportionally and never stretched. Use it when a file was made for another paper size, like Letter on A4.

Pages per sheet — what is this?

Print 2, 4, 6 or 8 of your pages on a single sheet — each page is shrunk to fit automatically. Use it to halve your paper: two A4 pages become A5-size, side by side on one A4 sheet.

Optimize file size — what is this?

Shrink the file without changing the pages: count, size, order and image quality stay identical. Use it when a PDF is too large to upload or share.
